Certification Management
Buchan Inspection uses its own certification management database, SmartCert, which records lifting equipment examinations and inspections, and provides notification of when further inspection work is required to ensure compliance with the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) and other statutory regulations.
SmartCert has full web access capability enabling clients full access to inventory, defect reports, location data and overall equipment status.
The database enables users to locate and view electronic copies of:
- certificates
- test reports
- photographs
- manuals
- test procedures
